Can smart locks be integrated?
Our system is compatible only with our company's exclusive smart lock. They can be sold together with our smart lock and video doorbell kit.
Is it possible to customize packaging or logos?
Yes. The MOQ is 100 pieces for boot logos and silkscreen logos. For custom manuals and packaging, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
Does the IP video doorbell support wireless cameras?
Currently, it supports IP cameras that use the ONVIF protocol. It does not support Web RTSP or SIP protocols.
Is your video doorbell based on Android?
Our systems utilize a specialized Linux system, developed by our internal R&D department with over 10 years of experience.
What is the MOQ for sample purchases?
The MOQ for the first sample order is 1-2 kits. For subsequent wholesale orders, the MOQ ranges from 5 to over 500 pieces.
What cables are required for connection?
The system uses Cat5/Cat6 cables for stable and efficient TCP/IP communication.
