Do you have motion detection for the video intercom?
Yes! It is handled via software, so there is no need to connect a PIR sensor. Motion detection works from 1 call panel or 2 cameras.
How can I play music or movies on the indoor monitor?
Download music or movies from a computer, copy them to an SD card, insert the SD card into the monitor, and select play.
What is the Voice Message function?
When you are not home and a visitor presses the call panel, after 30s or 120s, the system will automatically say "Please leave a message." You can check the video from the indoor monitor when you return.
How does the transfer calling feature work?
Our system supports connecting up to 6 indoor monitors. If one person answers a call but the visitor is looking for someone in another room, the call can be transferred to the specific monitor in that room.
